Children's Liturgy of the Word

The Children’s Liturgy of the Word program is run by volunteer catechists at the 9:00 a.m. Mass from mid-September until Pentecost.

The program is designed for children in grades 1-3.

The Children’s Liturgy of the Word follows the same Liturgy of the Word heard at Mass.

Children follow catechists downstairs to the library just before the first reading and return to their families at the Offertory.

Volunteer catechists are always needed! Here is some information about the responsibility. Please consider volunteering - we will give you lots of support!

Daily Advent emails for Students in Junior Grades (4-6)
Students in grades 4-6 are invited to join a daily Advent email group. This year we will be exploring the Infancy Narratives. Each day in Advent you will receive an email with a riddle about someone or something found in one of the accounts of Jesus' birth that we find in the Bible. The riddle will consider why this person or thing is important, and will end with a question: Who am I? (or what am I?) You will have a day to solve the riddle.
